Culture Survey

The Culture Survey tool measures the current level of effectiveness in the workplace from the employee and management perspective. BCI works with senior management to identify key areas of needed improvements.
  1. Web-based surveys.
    • Surveys are administered online to employees and management via an anonymous, benchmarking tool. Employees are simply emailed a link to the survey and will be asked to complete a 10-15 minute questionnaire that will provide valuable insight into the company’s internal health

  2. Critical areas are measured and documented with the  diagnostic tool.

    • The  seven categories are specific to work-team culture. Employees respond to an anonymous, online survey that records their review of seven key areas: honesty and ethics, people management, vision and leadership, organization politics, performance, employee value and attitudes and organizational communication.

    • Executive Leadership receives a comprehensive analysis after each survey is completed that provides vital and in-depth information regarding your organization’s culture. The BCI Business advisor works with your management team to review the results and offer direction on how to best improve or correct major obstacles that are slowing workforce effectiveness.

      The analysis you receive gives you the ability to benchmark your organization and determine if the culture is out of sync with your needs for the present and your mission for the future.
